Even though they live near the Panchayat Samiti, there are no basic government facilities available. Citizens have asked why the administration does not take any action and if the matter is being deliberately overlooked by the officials.
There is no proper road, drainage facility, lighting facility, or drinking water facility in the area. There is a pond nearby, which is in an unhygienic state and has not been maintained.
Moreover, there is no ETP plant for the nearby rice mill. The anganwadi center and toilet blocks need renovation.
At the same time, it has been alleged that unnecessary works are being done using the fund allotted for development activities. There is a need to construct roads properly, but there has been construction work on already constructed roads despite there being no proper roads.
There is no proper information board about different projects in the area, raising questions regarding fund allocation.
The citizens have requested prompt action from the administration.
