Chitrabhumi Art Institute Launched in Cuttack

New avenue for budding artists comes up in Cuttack with Chitrabhumi

“Chitrabhumi,” a unique institute which offers training in art, music and dance, has come up at Sriram Bazar in 42 Mouza, Cuttack. Training in various types of art such as drawing, classical and contemporary dancing and music, and sand art is provided in the institute which welcomes pupils of all ages and trains them in the nuances of art and culture under the tutelage of seasoned experts. With its low fee structure, the institute aims to reach out to all art-loving people.

Satya Sagar Parida, founder of Chitrabhumi stated that Chitrabhumi would strive to identify the hidden talents in the locality and provide them adequate training. This institute was inaugurated by Rudra Mohanty who gave away prizes to the winners of an inter-school art contest organized as part of the program.

Some notable guests who attended the function were social worker Bulei Behera, Swadhin Sekhar Sadangi, famous singer Amitabh Sahu, prominent painter Sukadev Maharana and advisor Banaprabha Parida.
