Public outcry over LPG shortage; customers blame black marketing
There are public outcries due to persistent LPG shortages, along with allegations of black marketing against a local gas company. Customers have complained about the harassment of the local gas distributor.

Consumers say they are being denied services under false pretenses that their KYC information is not completed. They also claim that there have been issues in the update of phone numbers, and some clients have been wrongly linked. Additionally, even after completing online payments, the agency does not deliver cylinders or provide bills.
Residents of Nathubar Panchayat are voicing their dissent against a local Indian Gas company, saying that they face numerous challenges every day. A few customers have filed complaints against the agency owner with Kuakhia police station.
On the other hand, the agency owner has rejected all allegations. Furthermore, the delay in delivering cylinders has risen from 30 to 45 days, which has left many homes without any gas supplies.
Furious customers have threatened to protest in case of no action taken. What measures will the administration undertake post complaints?
