PM Modi’s Fierce Attack on TMC in West Bengal, Promises ‘Double Engine’ Growth

The BJP’s leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stepped up his political campaign in West Bengal before the upcoming Assembly elections by addressing huge crowds in Medinipur and Asansol. Modi went on an offensive against the ruling party of the state, TMC, by blaming the state government of poor governance, infiltration problem, and underdevelopment.

Modi stated that “a double engine government” was needed for quick growth in the state, pledging to usher in a new era of development once the state goes to polls. The Prime Minister also made six key promises to the electorate in West Bengal.

Rallies have only added fuel to the already boiling political climate in West Bengal.
