Sources report that Israel’s jet fighters raided residential locations in the Toulin region of Marjayoun at the onset of Friday morning. After this, there were also artillery bombardments in adjacent areas. According to sources from the Lebanese National News Agency, Israel conducted airstrikes against Kherbet Selm.
In the Tyre area, airstrikes have been conducted near the outer areas of Majdal Zoun. Also, bombings continued into the night in Rihan Heights of Jezzine province. Over three individuals have died in these bombing incidents.
This happened barely hours after the US President Donald Trump had extended the ceasefire accord for another three weeks. In spite of this, hostility still appears to be raging in the area.
