External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Wednesday strongly criticised Pakistan for openly supporting terrorist training camps for decades, calling it a clear and persistent threat to India’s security. Speaking to the Indian community in Luxembourg, he said some countries selectively react only when it suits them and offer unsolicited advice to India, citing similar reactions during Operation Sindoor. Jaishankar also expressed concern over recent developments in Venezuela, urging all sides to ensure the safety and well-being of its people, and highlighted the deepening India-Luxembourg partnership. He added that India expects a significant upswing in relations with Europe in the coming years.
